BCorp Worldwide Ltd is a Mauritian private limited company (File No. C164990, BRN C19164990) registered at 24 A, Cactus Ave., Morc. Rey, Pointe aux Sables 11121, Mauritius. We act as the data controller for any personal data you provide in connection with this website. This is a marketing website only: it has no sign-in, no forms, and no tracking.

• Email you send us. If you write to one of the addresses published on this site, we receive your name, email address, and whatever you choose to include in your message.
• Server logs. Request URLs, timestamps, response statuses, and IP addresses recorded by the host and reverse proxy. Retained for 30 days to keep the site available and secure.

• To read and reply to any email you send us.
• To keep the site available and secure, and to investigate abuse.
• To meet any legal obligation that applies to correspondence we hold.

Email you send us is handled by our email provider and shared only with the colleagues or partners needed to answer you. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to advertising or analytics networks.

Email correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any relationship that follows from it, then deleted. Where an enquiry becomes an operational engagement, the related records are governed by the privacy notice of our operations service, not this one. Server logs are kept for 30 days.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or third-party trackers. The only thing we store on your device is a single flag in your browser’s local storage that remembers you dismissed the notice at the foot of the page. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where there is no legal obligation for us to keep it. Write to privacy@bcorp-worldwide.mu with your request and we will respond within 30 days.

Our infrastructure is hosted in Mauritius. Email correspondence may transit third-party email providers outside Mauritius depending on the recipient. We do not transfer bulk personal data outside Mauritius.
